Time Out Boxing has over 25 years experience in the education and fitness industry

Our team have a combined experience of 25 years in the education, fitness and boxing industries.

Through this experience our belief is that a combination of boxing, fitness and emotional reflection are key therapies in supporting mental health struggles for young people in their day to day lives.

From pupil focused boxing interventions to after school boxing sessions, we are in your corner.

Having worked within the education and fitness industries for over 20 years, we came to realise that more support was needed for the most vulnerable students in education. 

During our time as school therapists and boxing coaches working with young people, we found that verbal and physical therapies individually didn't fully support the students to regulate and focus throughout their school days, and that in fact a combination of the two acted as a more effective method of support.

This led us to create scheduled talking therapy sessions followed by physical based boxing sessions, which we found allowed the students to feel emotionally and physically stimulated and ready to continue with their school day.

Realizing this we got together with fellow education and boxing professionals and give birth to our exciting company "Time Out Boxing". 

The Time Out Boxing team has been fortunate enough to venture across the UK and Spain working with some incredibly talented and resilient people. 

We are excited for the next chapter in Time Out Boxing's journey, and thank all of our clients, staff and coaches who work so hard to change the lives of our young people.

Our sessions are an opportunity for young people to take time out of their school day to reflect. After the physical stage of our sessions, we have reflection time where we encourage students to draw from past experiences to create self awareness, which is at the core of our vision for these young people.

Students practice goal setting, visionary and emotional control techniques to encourage positive changes in their lives, whilst through our physical boxing stage students learn boxing technique and discipline in a safe and controlled environment.
